We own the experience from our in-house graphics team to our decoration and fulfillment facility in Texas, we maintain full control of the quality and timeline from start to finish. This is extremely rare in our industry.

Do you handle storage and fulfillment?

Yes. We source, store, pick/pack, kit, and ship—domestic and international—with inventory visibility and reorder alerts.

Do you have order minimums?

Most items have low minimums; fully custom products vary by material and method. We’ll propose options that fit your quantity, timeline, and budget. As a general rule, our target minimum order size is $500.

Can you build a company merch store?

Yes—pop-up for campaigns or always-on for employees/partners/customers. We handle catalog, inventory, payments, and fulfillment.

Do you support international shipping and tax/VAT?

Yes. We manage duties, customs forms, and region-specific compliance. We’ll advise on item selection to avoid delays.

What about sustainability?

We offer eco-preferred materials, local/near-shore sourcing, reduced-packaging options, and ship-once kitting strategies. Ask for our green catalog.

What if something goes wrong with an order?

We own it. We fix defects, replace or credit fast, and document root cause to prevent repeats. We consider ourselves in the hospitality business and are committed to delighting our customers.

Do you offer samples or prototypes?

Yes. Virtual proofs are standard; physical samples and pre-production runs are available when needed.
